As one of Turkey’s most established and beloved snack brands, Çitlekçi wanted to build a closer and more dynamic connection with the new generation of consumers while maintaining its strong traditional brand perception. On this journey, the aim was to reinforce the brand’s national awareness through a modern, digital communication language that resonates with the culture.

We developed a comprehensive communication strategy for Çitlekçi that accompanied the brand’s national-scale transformation. Our goal was to reposition the brand’s years of love and trust in today’s digital world with a versatile, energetic, and contemporary tone. Within this scope, we built a structure that both preserves brand value and expands touchpoints with younger audiences by creating a 360° communication plan. We redefined the brand’s digital presence with creative campaigns that resonated nationwide, extensive influencer collaborations, and highly engaging content suited to social media dynamics. We focused not only on visibility but also on community building, capturing the language of the new generation of consumers, and strengthening the brand’s place in daily life. Thus, Çitlekçi gained a modern brand voice that carries its deep-rooted legacy into the future; one that is energetic, sincere, and establishes a cultural connection.
